Further Widsin Fabcare refer the name “Widsin” to communicating the Terms & Conditions.

Services Offered

Widsin provides laundry, dry cleaning, and wash and fold services ("Services") for your garments and textiles. By availing our Services, you agree to follow the policies and guidelines set forth in these Terms.

Registration and Account

To use our Services, you may need to create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your email address and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.

Payment and Pricing

All payment details provided to Widsin must be accurate, current, and complete. By using our Services, you agree to pay for all charges incurred at the rates in effect when the charges were incurred. Pricing details for various Services will be available in our app.

Partner Pricing and change in services will be responsible for Partner Pricing entry on the time of Registration & signing the contract with Widsin. If Partner wants to update the Pricing after set price then Partner has to request the same to update prices.

All prices set by the Widsin Partner will be in Rupees (INR)

Garment Suitability

You acknowledge that the garments and textiles you provide for our Services are suitable for standard laundering processes, including washing, drying, and dry cleaning. Widsin will not be held responsible for any damage to clothing that is not suitable for these standard processes.

Damaged or Lost Items

Widsin / Widsin partner takes utmost care in handling your garments and textiles. However, there may be limitations to what we can do. We are not responsible for any damage caused by items left in your laundry, such as jewellery, pens, or gum. We recommend checking your pockets before sending your clothes for cleaning.

In case of any damage or loss of your garments while under Our Partner care, please notify us immediately.

Damage & Protection Policy

1 Inspection and Care:

Our team follows a thorough inspection and care process for all garments and fabrics we receive. We handle your items with the utmost care to ensure their safety during the cleaning and delivery process.

2. Pre-Existing Damage:

If your items have any pre-existing damage, such as tears, missing buttons, or other issues, we kindly request that you bring these to our attention during the pick-up process. This helps us provide you with appropriate care and avoid any misunderstandings.

3. Accidental Damage:

While we take every precaution to prevent accidents, occasional mishaps may occur. In the event that any of your items incur accidental damage during our care, we will take full responsibility and initiate the necessary steps to rectify the situation.

4. Notification and Inspection:

If you notice any damage to your garments or fabrics upon delivery, please notify our delivery personnel immediately. We will perform an on-the-spot inspection to assess the extent of the damage and discuss the appropriate course of action.

5. Compensation or Repair:

In cases of damage that occur under our care, we will either compensate you accordingly or facilitate the repair of the item if feasible. Compensation will be provided based on the nature and value of the damaged item.

Compensation maximum value will be 10 times of the order value of the service Item.

6. Claims Process:

If you wish to file a claim for a damaged item, please contact our customer support team within 24 hours of receiving the delivery. We will guide you through the claims process and require clear photographic evidence of the damage for assessment.

7. Limitations:

It's important to note that our responsibility extends to accidental damage that occurs under our care. We are not liable for damage caused by pre-existing wear and tear, inappropriate care labels, or specific fabric sensitivities.

8. Customer Satisfaction:

Your satisfaction is of paramount importance to us. We aim to address any damage-related concerns with transparency and professionalism, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

9. Continuous Improvement:

We are committed to continuous improvement and learning from any incidents to prevent future occurrences. Your feedback and trust in our services are invaluable to us.

Pickup and Delivery

Widsin offers pickup and delivery services for your convenience. While we strive to adhere to the scheduled timings, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We will make multiple attempts to reach you and notify you when your order is ready.

Intellectual Property

The content, logos, trademarks, and other intellectual property used in our Services are the property of Widsin and protected by copyright laws. You agree not to use, modify, or distribute any of our intellectual property without our prior written consent.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pune.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

Widsin reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or app. Your continued use of the Services after the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
