Eligibility Criteria for Returns:

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

1. Unsatisfactory Service: If you are dissatisfied with the quality of our laundry service, please notify us within 2 Days of receiving your cleaned items.

2. Damage during Service: In the unfortunate event that your items are damaged during the laundry process, please contact us immediately with details and photographic evidence.

3. Item must be checked immediate after delivery for any service issue.

4. Any issue related to service of the item must be reported within 24 hrs of delivery of service item.

5. Item must be checked when taking handover from the delivery associate.

Non – Returnable Service:

While we aim to ensure your complete satisfaction, certain services are non-returnable but not limited to:

1. Stains Not Removed: Some stains may be difficult to completely remove despite our best efforts.

2. Customer-Specific Preferences: Preferences such as specific detergent brands, fabric softeners, or washing methods may not be eligible for returns.

3. Service already rendered or completed.

Refunds or Redo of Services:

Upon meeting the eligibility criteria and approval of your return request, we offer the following options:

Refund: By default, a refund will be credited your Widsin Wallet unless you requested while process of return to your original method of payment for the cost of the unsatisfactory service or damaged items.

Redo of Services: If feasible, we may redo the laundry service at no additional cost.

2. Provide your order details and reason for the return of your Service request.
